What is the dress code?
Lounge suit or equivalent.
Will invitations be posted?
Yes. Invitations will be sent to the purchase address approximately one week before the dinner.
Is there step free access?
Can I add dietary requirements?
Yes, please inform us as soon as possible if you or any of your guests have any dietary requirements and no later than one week before the dinner. We cannot be responsible if not informed.
Are there any ID requirements to enter?
Yes. Photo identification (passport or driving licence) are required, as is the invitation with matching name. Both must be brought with you to gain access.
Is parking available?
No. There is an NCP car park located opposite the House of Lords beneath College Green and on-street parking is available nearby.
Is my ticket transferable?
No. All named guests must attend and bring photographic identification. If you or your guest cannot attend, please inform us immediately.
I had tickets for the original November date but can’t make the new date
If you had tickets for the original time of 19 November, please notify the Group immediately for a full refund. After 13 December 2019, all tickets will be transferred to the new date of 20 January and the standard refund policy will apply.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are available up to one week before the event: £5 will be deducted from your ticket price and monies returned.
After one week before the event, no refunds are possible.
